Story
We created Katerina Mira from a shared passion for organizing and bringing people together. With Katerina’s background in event industry and Ekaterina’s experience in PR & Communications, we both loved creating meaningful experiences and celebrate beautiful moments.
When our paths crossed, it wasn’t just our similar names that clicked - it was a shared vision and values.
Katerina Mira became our way of channeling that vision into custom events that are full of love, family connection, and unforgettable moments.

Perfect venue
We have a large experience working with a wide variety of top-class venues. We’ll provide a carefully curated shortlist of locations and personally accompany you to each venue.

Design concept
Inspired by your story, personality and ideas, we’ll craft a tailor-made design concept and a mood board with a thoughtfully selected color palette and details.
Star vendors
From a large pool of top-tier vendors for decoration, floral design, production, catering, photography, and artists, we will select the best ones suited to your celebration.
Execution
We’ll handle every organizational detail before and during your event, from creating a detailed timeline and checklist to managing transportation and accommodation.

Your big day
We’ll ensure the setting is impeccable, every detail aligns with the plan, and we’ll handle any unforeseen issue before or during the event.
